Our Definitions
Sustainable. An aquarium only stays beautiful as long as the owner enjoys it. Time and energy are in short supply for most people. The enjoyment of your aquarium should outweigh the work you put into it.
Harmonious. My aquariums are designed with peace of mind as a focus. We use aquatic creatures that are compatible, and tank environments that match the inhabitants’ needs. While nature itself can be chaotic and messy, I choose species I find calming to both watch and work with.
Natural. My ecosystems include all living plants, real wood, and stone. My tanks rely on natural plant and animal symbiotic relationships to maintain balance instead of using lots of chemicals.
